China's National Energy Board data released Thursday showed that in April the whole society electricity 48.77 billion kwh, an increase of 6.0%. Among them, the secondary industry electricity consumption of 38.44 billion kwh, an increase of 5.0%.
In April, the first industry electricity consumption fell 1.1%; tertiary industry electricity consumption of 64.1 billion kwh, an increase of 12.7%; urban and rural residents living electricity consumption increased by 6.5%.
The data show that from January to April, the total electricity consumption of the whole society was 1,930.9 billion kwh, up 6.7% year on year.
Sub-industry, the first industry electricity consumption 28.9 billion kwh, an increase of 6.7%; secondary industry electricity consumption of 1,348.1 billion kwh, an increase of 6.9%; tertiary industry electricity consumption increased by 8.9%; urban and rural residents living electricity Volume increased by 3.6%.
China's total electricity consumption in March was 51.3 billion kwh, up 7.9% year-on-year.
