The first six strategic allotment funds are expected to be heated by a considerable number of individual investors in China, plus the "supplement" of social security and pension, which will be a big probability event. The industry believes that the first strategic placement fund can be regarded as an attempt to balance the supply and demand of the stock market with the market mechanism.
"The strategic placement fund is very fast from declaration to approval, which fully reflects policy orientation. Moreover, the distribution arrangements are tilted to retail investors, and retail investors can enjoy the same treatment with social security funds. How can this fund be bad? " Ren Chengde, an analyst at Galaxy Securities, pointed out.
He said that although the strategic placement fund needs to be closed for three years, investors should not consider the idea of short selling stocks. From past experience, long-term holding should be a good way to resist risks.
The six public fund companies of China, Hui Tianfu, Jiashi, Yi Fangda, southern and China Merchants launched their respective three year strategic distribution fund respectively, mainly to the future strategic distribution of new shares. The upper limit of the scale of the six strategic distribution funds is 50 billion yuan, which is sold to individual investors from Monday to Friday, and if the individual subscription scale is not up to the upper limit, it will be sold to the national social security fund, the basic pension fund, the enterprise annuity fund and the occupational pension fund.
