China-Russia Investment Fund (RCIF) and China Enlightenment Holdings on Tuesday announced a joint investment plan focusing on technology research and development, which will invest $1.28 billion in the Tushino Project Technology Park in Russia.
RCIF said in a statement that the two sides are considering the construction of a Sino-Russian joint venture in high-tech innovation park, investing more than $100 million, and have launched a $100 million venture capital fund between China and Russia.
"Together with our partners from China, we will make breakthroughs in advanced technology and promote early technology implementation," said Kirill Dmitriev, co-CEO of RCIF.
