Tapered roller bearings are separable bearings, bearing inner and outer rings have conical raceway. This kind of bearing is divided into single row, double row and four row tapered roller bearings according to the number of rows installed. Single row tapered roller bearings can withstand radial loads and uniaxial axial loads. When bearings are subjected to radial loads, an axial component is produced, so another bearing that can withstand the reverse axial force is needed to balance.
The structure of tapered roller bearings:

The type of tapered roller bearings is 30000, tapered roller bearings are separable bearings. In general, especially in GB / T307.1-94 "Rolling Bearing Centroid Bearing Tolerance" refers to the size range of tapered roller bearings between the outer ring and the inner assembly is 100% interchangeable.
The angle of the outer ring and the diameter of the raceway are standardized with the same size. It is not allowed to change during design and manufacture. The outer ring and inner components of the tapered roller bearing can be exchanged all over the world.
Tapered roller bearings are mainly used to bear radial load combined with radial load. Compared with angular contact ball bearings, the bearing capacity is high and the limit speed is low. Tapered roller bearings can withstand axial loads in one direction and can limit axial displacement in one direction of the shaft or housing.
Installation of tapered roller bearings:
Adjusting axial clearance for tapered roller bearings can be adjusted by adjusting nuts on journals, adjusting gaskets and threads in bearing seat holes, or by means of pre-tightening springs. The size of axial clearance is related to the arrangement of bearing installation, the distance between bearings, the material of shaft and bearing seat, and can be determined according to working conditions.
