Driving impact of Dongfeng Nissan Tianzhai sedan. Fault phenomena: In 2012, Dongfeng Nissan Tianzhai 2.3L sedan was equipped with continuously variable transmission (CVT) with a driving distance of 120,000 km. When the vehicle travels to 30km/h, the transmission suddenly impacts, and then with the increase of the speed, the engine speed remains unchanged at 3000r/min. When the speed reaches 100km/h, the engine speed drops to 2500/min.

Fault Diagnosis and Analysis: Connect the Fault Diagnosis Instrument, read the fault codes of engine and transducer, and show that there are no fault codes in engine and transducer system. The engine data stream was read and no abnormalities were found. Read the data flow of the transmission and find that the main pressure is 0 at idle speed. Analyse the valve body fault of CVT. After replacing the valve body, when the vehicle travels to 30 km/h, with the increase of the vehicle speed, the engine speed is maintained at 2400-2500 r/min, but the transmission still has a sudden impact at 30 km/h.
At this time, read the data stream of the transmission and found that the main pressure is 1.25 MPa. There are still faults in the analysis, but there are no fault codes for the engine and the transducer, and no problems can be seen from the data stream. Suddenly it occurred to me that ABS had a fault code, namely U1000: communication system failure, because ABS and CVT failures were not related, and did not care at that time. The problem came to mind when fault diagnosis was deadlocked.
Failure code U1000: Where should we diagnose the communication system failure? According to the diagnostic process of the maintenance manual, no problem was found. At this time, we thought of ABS sensors for four wheels. So we removed the wheel speed sensor of the right rear wheel and found that there was rust on the hub bearing. We sprayed several times with detergent, wiped it with cloth, and then wiped it. Commissioning. On the road test, the ABS warning light is on.
The impact of the transmission is gone. Read the ABS fault code and display the fault of the wheel speed sensor on the right rear wheel. Remove all the right rear wheels and find that the original rust on the bearing surface has not been cleaned. Troubleshooting: After re-cleaning, the test run, all the faults are gone.
