Suhail bin Mohammed al-Mazroui, the energy minister of the United Arab Emirates, said Monday that the overall cooperation agreement between the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and non-OPEC oil-producing countries would be signed in Saudi Arabia in three months.
"The document will be ready for signature by the end of March," Mazrui said of the cooperation agreement at an event in Abu Dhabi.
OPEC and some other non-OPEC oil producers, such as Russia, reached another agreement on Friday that they would cut oil supplies by 1.2 million barrels a day. [nL4S1YC4FR]
