Bearing is very important in modern industry, even bearing technology will affect the development of some fields. Usually we see a lot of things, such as automobiles, doors and so on, in many fields, they use different places in bearings, so the classification will be different.
Do you know that bearings can be divided into high speed bearings and low speed bearings? How can it be distinguished? They are divided into low-speed bearings and high-speed bearings due to different ways of use. But even so, their distinction is not simply based on how many turns can be made.
Some low-speed bearings can achieve nearly tens of thousands of rotational speeds per minute, but others are called high-speed bearings, whose rotational speeds are only a few hundred revolutions per minute. Their distinction is based on the linear speed of bearings, and high-speed bearings are the ones with high linear speed.
In bearings, the place responsible for rotation is also different. In low-speed bearings, it mainly uses circular, cylindrical or even tapered rotors, while in high-speed bearings, bushes are used.
Looking at the appearance, it will be found that the surface of high-speed bearings will look smoother, and there will be no roughness or some pits on the surface like low-speed bearings. The distance between the outer ring and the inner ring is very small, and the accuracy of the bearing is relatively high. At low speed, the surface of the bearing will be relatively rough, and the accuracy is also poor.
