Xia Shubao, chairman of Baoxin Bearing Company, said that they invited industry experts to develop a new type of "mother machine" precision grinder unique to the whole country, and won four national patents, two of which filled the domestic gap. The roundness of rollers is increased from three thousandths to three thousandths, the service life is increased by more than five times, and the production efficiency is doubled. Up to now, more than 80 sets of precision grinders have been sold, which are well sold in the domestic market, as well as in Russia, India and other countries.
"It is inevitable for the bearing industry to take the high-end intelligent development route." Linxi County Chengwei Bearing Workshop Director Wang Delin said that they invested 200 million yuan to build the "i5 Intelligent Factory" in the national bearing industry. At present, 120 intelligent machine tools equipped with i5 intelligent control system have been put into full use, which saves labor costs by 300,000 yuan per year, increases output by more than two times, increases profits by more than two times, and achieves the international first-class product level.
Since the implementation of the 13th Five-Year Plan, Linxi County has successively built R&D bases such as Hebei Bearing Industry Technology Research Institute. The advantages of technology innovation and management innovation are increasingly apparent.
