Scott Bradley, senior vice president of Huawei Canada, disclosed on Friday that he would leave the company after more than seven years. At this time, Huawei is facing stricter security scrutiny from Canada and its allies.
Scott Bradley posted on LinkedIn's website that he would leave the position of senior vice president in charge of corporate affairs, but gave no reason. He was not immediately available for comment.
Bradley is an important Canadian spokesman for Huawei. Since Canada arrested Meng Wanzhou, its chief financial officer, at the request of the United States last month, Huawei Canada has become the focus of media pursuit.
