The legal representative of Beijing Gome Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. changed, and Huang Guangyu's mother, Zeng Yi, changed to Liu Lihuan. Zeng Yi was no longer an executive director and manager, and the supervisor was changed from Zhang Wei to Cao Liliang. The company's largest shareholder is Beijing Zhansheng Investment Co., Ltd., which accounts for 95% of the shares. Liu Lihuan and Cao Liliang are the legal representatives and supervisors of Zhansheng Investment respectively. According to Tianyue data, Zeng Yi still holds a 5% stake in Beijing Gome Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd., and is still the legal representative of many companies including Beijing Gome Investment Co., Ltd.

Some insiders believe that the move by Gome may be in advance for the founder of Gome, Huang Guangyu, to allow him to take over the control of Gome in the fastest time after he is released from prison. Huang Guangyu was detained in 2008. In 2010, he was sentenced to 14 years in prison for illegal business, insider trading and bribery. He was also fined 600 million yuan and confiscated 200 million yuan. A total of 2 commutations were made, which should be executed until February 16, 2021.

In fact, more than half of the sentence can be applied for parole, and in theory there is a chance to reduce the sentence, in addition to the age of 50 (born in 1969) to apply for medical treatment outside the hospital also has a certain probability of success.

Some insiders believe that Huang Guangyu's release from prison in 2019 is not impossible. Gome will not comment on this.
