In addition to electrical quality problems, the most troublesome problem for motor manufacturers is bearing system problems. For bearing system problems, the maintenance of customer use process is particularly important. In addition, the motor manufacturer plays a vital role in the design and manufacturing process control of related parts tolerance. Today Ms. will make a simple communication with you about the tolerance relationship of radial dimensions of bearings, shafts and bearing chambers.
Choosing the factors to be considered in cooperation
Diameters of inner and outer rings of bearings.
Structural types of bearings, such as centripetal bearings, angular contact bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, etc.
Precision grade of bearing, such as po, p5, p6, etc.
Other factors
(1) When the bearing is working, the temperature of the bearing ring is higher than that of the parts matched with it because of the influence of friction heating and other heat sources, such as the heat transferred by the winding when the motor is running. Therefore, the matching between inner ring and shaft of bearing may become loose; the matching between outer ring and shell hole may become tighter, so when the working temperature of bearing is higher, the matching selected should be corrected appropriately.
(2) When the bearing rotates at a high speed and works under the impact vibration load, interference fit is the best choice for the bearing, the shaft and the bearing chamber.
(3) When bearing bears large load or vibration and impact load, its interference will increase appropriately. When using hollow shaft, thin wall or plastic bearing chamber, the interference should be increased appropriately.
Association Precision Matching Relation
The tolerance grade of bearing position and bearing chamber should be improved with the improvement of bearing tolerance grade, rotation accuracy and motion stability. Considering the influence of shaft and bearing chamber on bearing accuracy and the degree of difficulty in processing, the processing accuracy of general shaft is the same or higher precision of bearing, while the bearing chamber is the lower or the same precision.
