There are two main types of common bearings: sliding bearings and rolling bearings. The latter is the one with steel beads. The size of the two layers of steel rings is closely intertwined, and the steel beads in the middle are embedded in them. For many people in the industry, it is very simple to put the steel beads in the two-layer steel ring, but for the layman, it is a bit deep. Today I'm going to popularize science.

As shown in the figure, first put the inner and outer rings together, and try to close the side. The steel beads are arranged tightly and placed on the other side. Use tools to fasten the three. The steel beads are evenly separated by a ball splitter. The upper and lower cages are placed separately and riveted to prevent the steel balls from being in series during the operation of the bearing.
