Iran's oil minister, Zangani, said Sunday that the recent oil tanker incident in the Persian Gulf has so far not affected the country's oil exports.
"Oil tankers and oil exports are one of our limited problems. The United States and its allies impose restrictions on us, and we must be sensitive," Shana, Iran's oil ministry news agency, quoted him as saying.
Britain called Iran's seizure of the Stena Imperor tanker in the Persian Gulf on Friday "hostile" and refused to accept Iran's explanation. Iran says it detained the tanker because it involved an accident.
