On September 16, Guiyang Natural Resources and Planning Bureau announced the adjustment of planning conditions for some parts of the "Control Detailed Planning for Xiaohe District of Guiyang City" (land for shanty town renovation project in bearing factory area). This is the planning adjustment adopted by the meeting principle following the expert demonstration meeting on land use planning adjustment organized by the Bureau in accordance with the procedure on September 3 for the "Shantytown Renovation Project in the Area of Bearing Factory in Kai District".
It is reported that as early as February last year, the provincial government website issued a public announcement on the procurement demand of government purchasing service items for shanty towns renovation of bearing factories, indicating that the shanty areas will be demolished and relocated after the opening of the bearing factories. The project covers an area of 215.27 mu, and the total area of housing levied is 1208.16. The way of levying compensation is monetary resettlement, with a service procurement budget of 1.625 billion yuan.
Last April, Guiyang Economic and Technological Development Zone State-owned Assets Investment and Management Co., Ltd. won the bid with 2.585 billion yuan for the Regional Greenhouse renovation project of the bearing factory in Kaiyang District. About 1064 houses were demolished and about 74,480 square meters were levied.
Up to now, Guiyang Jingkai District Bearing Factory has been highly concerned about the Regional Greenhouse reform. The Regional Greenhouse reform of Guiyang Jingkai District Bearing Factory will also promote the urbanization process of Guiyang District and play a great role in improving the quality of life of citizens in the region.
The renovation of shanty towns in Guiyang Jingkai Bearing Factory has finally ushered in a new plan.
