NEWS： Russia has the ability to increase production by 500,000 barrels a day

Russia's energy minister, Alexander Novak, said Tuesday that Russia has enough capacity to increase oil production by 500,000 barrels a day.
Nowak told reporters that Russian oil production this year is expected to be 554-556 million tons (108-112 million barrels per day). Russia's oil production in 2018 was 55583.8 million tons.
Nowak also said Saudi Arabia had not asked Russia to increase production after the attack on its oil infrastructure.
