NEWS： China issues the third batch of crude oil import quota in 2019

According to a document Reuters saw on Tuesday, China will issue a new batch of crude oil import quotas, mainly for private refineries, which will allow them to import another 12.9 million tons for the rest of 2019.
According to the document, the third batch of quotas was granted to 19 companies, including the private refinery Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd., which received a quota of 3.5 million tons.
According to Reuters calculations, this will bring the total crude oil import quota to 163.9 million tons so far in 2019.
