Thailand's commerce minister jurin laksanawisit said on Monday that trade agreements that could form the world's largest trading region have been negotiated and are expected to announce results later on Monday.
India's last-minute request ahead of the Bangkok meeting raised questions about whether the parties could reach an agreement on a regional comprehensive economic partnership agreement (RCEP) supported by China.
"It was negotiated last night," says laksanwisit
"Later today, leaders of all countries will jointly announce the success of the RCEP agreement. India is also involved and will make a statement together. The agreement will be signed next year. "
