NEWS： Microsoft says it has been exported to Huawei

Microsoft (MSFT. O) said Thursday it has obtained a license to export software to Huawei.
"On November 20, the U.S. Department of Commerce approved Microsoft's license application to sell popular software to China. We thank the Ministry of Commerce for the action we have taken in response to our application, "a Microsoft spokesman told Reuters by email.
The trump administration on Wednesday allowed some suppliers to restart supplying to the Chinese telecom giant. The U.S. government blacklisted Huawei six months ago on national security concerns.
