NEWS： Russian government considers issuing non US dollar in 2020

Anton siluanov, Russia's finance minister, said Tuesday that Russia may issue a batch of European bonds in 2020, which will be denominated in currencies other than the US dollar.
"Russia is likely to issue bonds in external markets in currencies other than the US dollar in 2020," siluanov told reporters.
"For now, we can easily meet our borrowing needs in rubles."
