China's president Xi Jinping sent a message to Kim Jeong-eun, chairman of the Korean labor party Saturday. The latest report of CCTV China (CCTV) quoted Xi Jinping as saying that China is willing to strengthen cooperation with the DPRK on epidemic prevention and provide support within the power of the DPRK.
Xi Jinping said, "I attach great importance to developing sino DPRK relations. I would like to work with the chairman of the committee to guide the two parties and departments concerned to implement the important consensus of the two sides, strengthen strategic communication, deepen exchanges and cooperation, and promote the continuous development of Sino DPRK relations in the new era."
According to CCTV, Kim Jeong-eun sent a message to Xi Jinping in May 7th, highly praised and congratulated China on its brilliant achievements and great victory in the prevention and control of the epidemic.
Putin said that Russia is willing to strengthen comprehensive strategic cooperation with China. He thanked China for providing humanitarian assistance and medical protective equipment, and Russia is willing to learn from China's prevention and control experience
Xinhua earlier quoted KCNA as saying that Kim Jong Un also called Russian President Vladimir Putin on Saturday to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the victory of the patriotic war.
