Wear case of bearing pedestal of reducer gearbox of cold rolling mill:
During the production and operation of the two output shafts of the main reduction gearbox of a cold rolling mill, different degrees of vibration were found through the on-line inspection device. After the gearbox was disassembled and inspected, it was found that the outer bearing pedestal of the two output shafts and the matching bearing outer ring had obvious wear traces, with the wear depth of about 0.3mm. The reducer is of upper, middle and lower structure. The output shaft is distributed up and down. The input speed is 0-500 / 1200R / min, the reduction ratio is 2.92/1.513, and the bearing model is 24152.
Why does the bearing pedestal wear?
Reducer gearbox is widely used in industrial enterprises. In the steel industry or non-ferrous metal rolling production line, the gearbox with large volume is used, and it is an important mechanical part. The main function of the main gearbox of cold rolling mill is to transfer the original power of motor to the rolling mill roll after speed change or speed adjustment through gear wheel and make it obtain the corresponding speed. The gear box of cold rolling main reducer has its particularity in the process of production and operation. The two output shafts rotate synchronously and in the opposite direction. The impact force and torque force transmitted by the roller are very large in the process of production. In this case, the extrusion pressure on the bearing pedestal is large and it is easy to form eccentric wear.
The gearbox of the reducer in this enterprise has been used for a long time. From the view of the bearing chamber worn on site, there are problems in the machining accuracy of the gearbox when it leaves the factory. There are traces of electroplated layer on the surface of the bearing seat. The peeling of the electroplated layer has resulted in the wear of the bearing outer ring and the bearing seat, which leads to the vibration of the equipment.
How to repair the wear of bearing seat?
1. Disassemble and inspect the gearbox parts, and confirm the wear status and amount of each bearing seat;
2. Surface treatment: firstly, bake the bearing seat with oxygen acetylene flame, then polish the bearing seat to be repaired with a grinder, and then clean the polished bearing seat surface with anhydrous ethanol;
3. Mix Solay carbon nano polymer materials in proportion, and then apply the mixed materials to the repair part, and scrape along the reference plane with a knife edge ruler to form;
4. Heat curing;
5. Grind the repaired bearing seat with new bearing to show the point and remove the high point;
6. The inner surface of the bearing seat shall be coated with materials for the second time, and the outer ring of the bearing shall be coated with Soleil carbon SD7000 release agent;
7. Reassemble the gear shaft and other parts of each layer and the gear box, and start the machine for operation.
